(ie. the 6-min CLE Module) and can go up to 50 minutes or more if you want a
more extensive workout.

Do I need prior fitness experience?

No. The system scales with you. Do what is comfortable,
but we recommend getting a green signal from a qualified medical
practitioner if you have not been exercising for some time, or if you have had
any injuries or feel any pain.

Can I use it every day?

Yes. It’s designed for daily movement, not burnout.

Is this suitable for all ages?

Yes. Intensity is controlled
